GLASSHALFULL and Chef Adam Cobb are planning another special dinner on Sunday evening, October 3 when we will team up with Core Sound Seafood (www.coresoundseafood.org) to present a four course meal focused on the amazingly fresh fish and shellfish we get from North Carolina's own coast. We intend to invite a real life fisherman to speak about his profession. Mark the date on your calendar and check back for more details. .....
